At each check-out, a thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out with a relative change of bed linen and towels and the supply of hotel-level courtesy kits.

Linen supply


Clean sheets, pillowcases & sets of towels: we use suppliers who operate in the hotel world with high standards of washing, sanitization and ironing.

Maintenance


The conditions of the house are constantly monitored thanks to repeated checks at the end of each stay and "fault" or "scheduled" maintenance interventions carried out in a timely manner.

Customer care


We try to give each of our guests the best possible stay experience; whether you travel for work, health or holiday reasons, it is our mantra to always be available, from the moment you check in until you check out.

Tax withholding agent


For each month we calculate the amount of withholding tax due based on the rental payments received, paying them on behalf of the owner acting as tax withholding agents.

Revenue management


We will initially populate the calendar by adapting the rates based on seasonality and particularly attractive events, then varying the offer daily in order to maximize the yield and the occupancy rate even on those days, perhaps between two bookings, which would otherwise lost.
